Bitty Schram will return for a guest appearance during the eighth and final season of USA Network’s “Monk.”

Ms. Schram was an original cast member on the show, playing Mr. Monk’s nurse Sharona Fleming. She last appeared during season three.

“Monk” began production this week in Los Angeles. The new season is expected to start airing on USA this summer.

I heard about this a while ago and am really happy that they decided to bring her back.

I'm not sure what kind of terms they left off of, but I guess they were decent enough to but their differences aside and bring her character back from some needed closure.

Cannot wait!
