Default Pav why do you think N@N does not SHRINK the closing credits for George Lopez or HI?

But they shrink them for Family Matters and Fresh Prince Closing Credits.

Why??

this isn't a cable channel; but CW doesn't do it with "EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND" and "THE KING OF QUEENS".

Chiller - like Sleuth and TV One doesn't

Toon Disney (before 2008 and 2009) - they never shrunk the credits at all. But by 2008 and 2009, they will shrink the credits on some shows at some times.

Boomerang - hasn't done it since day one.

ESPN - when ESPN Classic reran American Gladiators, they never touched the credits at all, unlike how Spike TV (formerly TNN) did.

Family Net - doesn't screw w/ the credits on their reruns of Family Ties

SoapNet keeps their closing credits intact as well.

I just realized that N@N does not shrink the closing credits for George Lopez and Home Improvement.

They do it for Family Matters and Fresh Prince

WGN does their closing credits three ways. Sometimes they're full screen the whole time, which is nice. It's often the top half of the screen, with the bottom half a background saying what's next and birds flying up. But you can still hear the sound of the credits this way, there is no ads. The third way the credits are shrunk with an ad on the other side, and it goes to full screen when the ad is done. You never know which version they're going to use.

I wish that WGN wouldn't do it during the classic shows, even though it's a silent graphic it kind of ruins the mood. I don't like seeing a scrunched up Screen Gems 69... I mean S.

I don't mind shrinking as long as the audio of the show can still be heard. Nothing is more annoying than how TBS used to have this guy rambling on with stuff like "Will Zack and Screech's antics be caught by Mr. Belding this time?". I realize that's not it exactly, but I'm sure some of you know exactly what I'm talking about.

some of those are getting ridiculous - like for TBS a lot of shows they will shrink the credits down to the bottom of the screen, run an ad in the center and run the opening for the next show at the top of the screen!

all this profiteering shrinkage - I swear to God its gotta be because of all them steroids and hormones they put in dem McNuggets !
