I've heard tell of THE LUCY SHOW and HERE'S LUCY coming out
this summer, but has anyone heard about the 13 LUCY DESI COMEDY
HOUR episodes coming out? I'd love to see a box set (unedited) of
those. The original title was THE NEW LUCILLE BALL DESI ARNAZ SHOW,
then it was syndicated as THE LUCY DESI COMEDY HOUR, and years later,
heavily edited back-to-back half hours called WE LOVE LUCY were
shown.

The hour shows have been available for quite awhile, probably two years or so, as I Love Lucy Seasons 7, 8, and 9. The cover has a picture of Lucy from the Red Skelton episode.

And they are uncut. I saw so much new material from the first episode that it felt like I was watching it for the first time ever.

Well worth it too to complete any I Love Lucy collection!

I have the I Love Lucy Complete Series Box Set and it includes the Lucy/Desi Comedy Hours. They are labeled as seasons 7,8, and 9.
