What is your favorite song, band, and solo artist?

Tough one. I like so many songs; I have 2 mp3 players and both have roughly 300 songs and I have enough to fill another player.

The bands I like many of their songs include Genesis, Foreigner, Eagles, Beatles, and Monkees.

Solo artists: Elton John, Phil Collins, and Billy Joel.

Tell us about your pets. Names, types, ages, anything you want to share.

I don't have any. Last pets I had were some hamsters when I was around 6 and a goldfish that I got at a carnival. It died within a week.

Do you like to talk on the phone? What's the longest phone conversation you've ever had?

No, I never have. Short conversations are okay, but in general I dislike phones. And I've always had this phobia about calling people.

Do you like getting mail? What's your favorite kind of mail? Cards, checks, catalogs, letters, etc.

Sure, as long as it's not a bill. I like packages the best.

What's the scariest movie you've ever seen?

Uh....I'm drawing a blank. I might think of something later.

What's your favorite Christmas memory?

I don't know that I have a favorite. Most Christmas seem the same in my family. Just less people now.

How did you learn to type, and do you know how many WPM you type?

In school, I'm sure. I remember having to take keyboarding in 8th grade. Last time I took an official WPM test, I did 39.

What were the best and worst parts of school?

Best: Drama, 9th grade, some of the dances, swing choir shows (though I was never in them because I can't sing at all).

Worst: Being a shy outcast; the large amount of snobs; how everything important in that school was sports-related and if you weren't an athlete, you were nothing; gym class; math and science classes; being in a class with no friends

What forums did you moderate here?

I used to mod the I Love Lucy board...seems like 100 years ago. lol

Who do you know who has the strongest accent?

I work with some people with pretty thick Eastern European accents. Other than that, all the people I know sound like me with the Midwestern no-accent accent.

What's your favorite kind of popcorn?

Butter and cheese. I can take kettle corn in small amounts.

How many hours of sleep does it take for you to feel fully refreshed?

10 hours. I don't get that a lot.

What's your favorite tv show, tv character and tv couple?

Current shows: Criminal Minds and CSI:NY. Past: I Love Lucy, I Dream of Jeannie, My Favorite Martian, Hogan's Heroes, The Odd Couple, Adam-12, Route 66, The Incredible Hulk, Here's Lucy, Lois and Clark, The Nanny, Futurama, Powerpuff Girls...and I'm probably forgetting something.

Characters: Everyone on CSI:NY, Newkirk from HH, Reed and Malloy from A-12, Tod and Buz from Rte. 66, David Banner from TIH, Fry and Bender from Futurama.

TV Couples: Danny and Lindsay from CSI:NY, Tony and Jeannie from IDOJ, Lois and Clark, Max and Fran from The Nanny, Fry and Leela from Futurama.

In kind of a backwards way. In August of 2006, I was working in health care (sorta...I was a main lobby receptionist lol) and I was taking online classes in Medical Reception. I was getting sick of the job I had, so I was looking around and saw a school had an opening for a Health Associate. I applied but didn't get the job, but the principal offered me another job of being a special ed associate because they had this large number of kids coming in that year and needed a lot of people. Been there ever since. Kids have always liked me and I considered working with them in the past, but not at the time I got my job. Just sort of happened.

What brought you to SO?

I Love Lucy probably. I think I did a search and SO came up.

What's your favorite SO smiley?

I didn't even know some of those were smilies here. lol

What are some of your favorite movies? Songs?

My favorite movie is probably The Long, Long Trailer. The Apple Dumpling Gang as well.

What's your favorite season?

They all have their merits, but probably spring.

Mainstream radio stuff...whatever the hell you want to call it (rock, pop??)...from the late 50s - 90s. A song here and there from the 00s. I like classical too.

Yes I do.

Where do you see yourself 10 seconds from now?

And not to look too far into the future, but how about 20 seconds from now?

Eh...I haven't been to my LJ in forever and I basically use Myspace to see if anyone is up to anything astronomical. And to do surveys. lol Don't have a facebook.

Long. Spent Friday driving around Maui trying to waste time because we had to be out of the hotel by 11am and our plane didn't take off until 11:15 that night. Sat around the airport for 4 hours. Plane didn't take off until almost midnight, 6.5 hour flight to Denver that I couldn't sleep through, 1.5 hour flight home. Slept most of the rest of Saturday away. Then didn't get up until 4pm today. Damn jet lag!

eep...someone kill it! *hides under covers*

What color is your hair? How often do you feel like you get bad hair days? How often do you wash your hair in the shower?
