The ex-nfl player, who made appearances in Three Kings and The Longest Yard, was taken into custody by cops in the early hours of Friday. The 43-year-old is being held in Hollywood on $5,000 (£3, 500) bail. Bosworth Facing Jail For DUI Charges
12 March 2009 9:15 AM, PDT Former American football star-turned-actor Brian Bosworth has been charged with two misdemeanours following his arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) last week. The ex-nfl player, who made appearances in Three Kings and The Longest Yard, was taken into custody by Hollywood police last Friday. He was initially pulled over by cops for failing to display a licence plate on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He now faces counts of DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. Bosworth, 43, is free on $5,000 (£3,650) bail and is due in court for arraignment on 3 April. If convicted, he faces up to six months behind bars as well as a $1,000 (£730) fine, reports TMZ.com. -IMDB News |
