Kyle Rae Sweet, wife of Christian rock pioneer Michael Sweet, has died. She was 52.

Sweet had been battling cancer since 2007. She died March 5 in Boston.

Sweet's husband, Michael Sweet, was a founding member of Christian rock group Stryper. More recently he has been a guitarist and vocalist with pop band Boston.

I heard a while back that she had cancer. That's very sad she died. My prayer is that God will comfort Michael Sweet and his family.
