We're about to get snow here. Already snowing in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. 2-4 inches expected by this afternoon, will be our first real snow this winter(ironically on the first day in March!) and could be the biggest in 11 years. Some places in Northwest Tennessee had over a foot last night.

Pictures when there's something to see. Pitch dark and nothing happening yet.

Sounds like there will be quite a bit.

I'll wait for snow here where I live but I don't think there will be any (it was 77 degrees yesterday).

The funny thing is it was 70 degrees yesterday and I was thinking "no way". It's now 36 and starting to changeover.

Brent, it sounds like you're getting what we had in Chicago earlier last week...only for us it was flooding rain, dropping temps, then snow and subfreezing cold.

They are calling for snow here in VA tomorrow. The funny thing is my Spring Break starts tomorrow too-lol

Snow started around 8:30pm ET tonight here. Now the big stuff is coming. 10 inches expected!

Not really any snow in West Virginia, but in Tennessee there was quite a
bit-Nashville in fact got 21 inches!

We got snow here in North Alabama today, a couple of inches, but it had all melted by noon

We also had about 2 inches, most of it fell in one hour of VERY heavy snow around 10am. We had one bout of THUNDERSNOW during the event which I had never seen before. I stayed up all night and as soon as the snow ended crashed for a nap but ended up sleeping 6 hours.

The ground is still mostly covered right now.

Overall I'm happy but my sleep schedule is totally screwed up now.

Oh and I have class at 11am with a test. YAY.
