Are you clumsy? Are you accident prone?
In addition to poor eyesight I am clumsy. Though I'm sure at least some of it is related to my bad eyesight. I'm probably lucky I'm not black and blue from head to foot on a regular basis. It would be nice if I wasn't prone to running into things, tripping over things, banging my head, hand, foot, etc. into something. Most recent accident was hitting my right shoulder on the bookcase in my room.

Not in the slightest. My reflexes are gold.
One time in a bar someone was about to spill over their beer and very quickly I blocked it from spilling with my arm. The bartender asked if I was a cop due to my quick action. |

The only time I'm ever really clumsy is when I'm in a nerve racking, or uncomfortable situation. For example, if I ever got married, I'd probably fall on my ass in front of everyone, as I walked down the aisle.
Generally speaking though, I've always been pretty well coordinated.

Yes - I inherited the klutz gene from my mom.

yes, klutz and accident prone, also a magnet for trouble.
constantly bumping into things, have things fall on me, things break on me etc. when I played hockey as a kid, I played goalie because someone could fire a shot into a crowd of people and it would ALWAYS hit me, even if i was standing 15 feet away from the crowd. |

I have poor eyesight too and I'm very clumsy. I'm totally blind in one eye and have only a small amount of central vision in the other. Stairs and escalators are especially dangerous for me. I also have to be etremely careful in parking lots because I can't always tell when a car is about to pull out. I've almost been hit a few times.

Unfortunately yes, but not extremely so. If I'm in situations where I cannot afford to be clumsy, I am focused, and not clumsy at all. At home, and in casual situations, I tend to be clumsy. I'll trip on carpets, drop stuff, and so forth.
I'm not accident-prone, however. I don't tend to injure myself or others, so I suppose that's a good thing! |
