A couple things still have me puzzled
California PD say they found Hollys remains a yr or less after she disapeared 1.Who called her mom claiming to be Holly if it was not Holly (i kinda am thinking it was Holly) 2. What happened to the guy Holly and her Boyfriend were with. Something just seems not right about the case |

It wasn't Holly. The call came a few years after she disappeared but her body was found just one year after the disappearance. I always assumed the call was either from 'Joyce' the fake psychic or someone working with her because the caller said she was in Ohio and the two cities Joyce mentioned were in Ohio. Seems too coincidental to be anyone else.

I've noticed with a lot of these cases that phone calls come into play making families believe it is their lost relative. It causes incredible grief, hope and turmoil and they firmly believe the person is alive and needs help.
Pretty horendous for people to play on the tragedies of others. It happens pretty often though. |

Someone saw a missing persons flyer with the info about the teen girl at a phone booth and they called her mom, and in a distressed crying voice, pretended to be the missing girl. However, unknown to the family, the young girl had already been murdered. That is such a heartless thing for someone to do to worried families. |

bleedingheart,I am married to Holly's Ex-boyfriend.And I have heard alot of things about this case. I have been at home when the Media shows up. I have been there for countless lie detecter tests. I wish with all my soul, some answers would come along, I have been attached to this for 11 years now, it does not get any easier. psnani123
