I have been on a mission over the last few days to learn different ways to relax, and one of the ways I'm trying to do it, is through music. This thread is dedicated to songs that have relaxed, or calmed you over the years. Please feel free to even post a link to the song if you'd like. Here is one of the most relaxing, and calming songs I've ever heard. The melody, as well as the lyrics are absolutely beautiful IMO!! I will post others as I think of them.

On Sirius satellite radio they have an awesome channel called 'spa' I find that music to be very relaxing when I need to unwind.

I agree. Gregorian chants seem to melt away any kind of stress.

I have never listened to the channel, but I do visit my favorite spa on a regular basis so I know what you mean. Spa music is very relaxing.

I also practice yoga and three of my favorite CDs are Santuary and Satori (both by Riley Lee), and Quiet Heart/Spirit Wind by Richard Warner (actually a 2 CD set).
