Rolleyes Annoying people in your life you just can't avoid or tell off

We all have that irritating family member, co-worker, acquaintance, etc. whom you just have to grit your teeth, bite your tongue, and deal with them. Let's discuss them here.

A good friend of my mother has a son about my age. I wonder if this guy has an undiagnosed social disability or something. He has absolutely no social skills and tends to behave like a 12-year-old at times. He'll go on and on and on about a subject that is of interest only to him and doesn't realize he's boring people. He constantly makes fun of me for my tastes in music and stuff. He's just so asinine, I want to scream! Thankfully, I don't have to deal with him too often.

Another annoying person I have to deal with is that co-worker of mine who just can't handle taking no for an answer. She's not even the teacher I'm assigned to work with, yet she expects me to do things for her. She's also so melodramatic and has to be having personal conversations with the teacher I work with (her best friend) while we are trying to teach. Thank God she's retiring in June. I don't think I can take much more of her.

Oh yes...my father!

How the hell can I respect him if he drives me up the wall?

Until yesterday, a co-worker who sat nearby. This girl was loud, rude and obnoxious. I don't think she really meant to be, but she just would NOT SHUT UP. She'd fit right in on The View. Thank goodness, my team has a different supervisor and we were moved to the other side of the room!!

My eldest sister when I see her. When she visits, she just seems she has to be the boss of everybody. When we were at a restaurant, she always asks me to sit next to her and to be honest, I don't want to. My brother in law would offer to give his seat so I could sit next to my sister, I don't know if he's just being nice or if my sister told him to but I might try to say no thanks to that.

Also, when I look at her, she smiles EVERYTIME!!

Maybe I'm too mean but what sister or brother wants their little sibling to sit next to them?

She has a tendency to call just to chat and sometimes I just don't want to chat but then, I never want to chat with her.

EDIT: Maybe it's one of those things where a family member just wants to get away from everybody. I feel that way, but I don't feel that way towards my mom. Just mostly my sister.

A co-worker, she's just annoying and she has the habit of touching and picking up things that are on my desk.

^ I had that problem at first with the teacher I work with. She's a little OCD and after I told her politely that I would really appreciate it if she left my desk alone, she said she'd try. I also kept my desk a little neater. It hasn't been much of an issue since.

It's nice that you were able to work things out, Kristen.

Co-worker. They're a huge hypocrite and I swear they're out to get me fired. Nitpicks at every little thing I do. It's too stressful to be around them.

One of two things. *Could* be some sort of social-impairment condition, or it's possible they could just be someone who likes to hear the sound of their own voice.

Hmmmm, various people at college who text during class time and have the nerve to ask me for notes after class... ugh!
