I mostly just have Leno (monologues and sometimes just a guest spot I was interested in). Probably have 10 at least partial episoses from the late 90s. Never was much of a Letterman fan, but I have a Michael J Fox appearance from '96 and a couple others.

I also have a partial 1999 MTV countdown of the 100 greatest videos up till that time (with interviews and some other clips too). I have 56 through 6 (the tape cut out before the end, and I accidentally erased the one with the earlier videos).
