The show never actually reveals Sophia's maiden name (before she got marrried to Sal Petrillo). The only name she had previously was Winestock, which was when she was married to Max (Sophia's Wedding). At least I think... someone correct me If I'm wrong?

She was married to Guido Sporelli before Salvadore Petrillo, and Max Winestock after. But her maiden name does not seem to ever be revealed.

On IMDB it says that Sophia Maiden name was Angelo.
