Well, that was...interesting. I'm not sure what to think. It seems like she could have come up with a lot of her "reading" from the already-known details of the case. I also was a bit put-off that Amy's family describe her as shy, but the astrologist insists she was outgoing and happy-go-lucky. I would think her family would know her better than the reader.

You think? Yeah, it sounds like a bunch of bunk to me. There is no such thing as "forensic astrology." "Forensic" means it is used in the legal field, and since none of this nonsense would ever be admissible in court, it's not forensic.

When I provided the link, I wasn't saying that what the astrologer said was for sure what happened to Amy. But I wanted to provide it as it was tossing another idea out there.

Just to clarify, I have no problem with posting the link either. I'm always interested to see what is out there on these unsolved cases. I just think that this so-called forensic astrology is a bunch of hooey.

Yes, interesting BUT it's not Amy's activities or personality that is in question. It's far more important to know that of the perp, if you know what I mean. It's kind of like knowing Amy's DNA profile but not that of the person who did it to her. So it leads me to ask, what would the astrological profile look like to help find the person that killed her. I wonder what she would come up with if she mapped Dale Eaton's astrological profile? BTW his d.o.b is Feb. 10, 1945. Or even Steve, her husband. Anyway, interesting, yes, but not useful.

Oh BTW, I just went back to the sight again and this time I read the astrologers profile and she states she finds the answers in the victims profile, ya-de-dah-de-dah! Now that my friends, I do find to be a bunch of hooey. Blame the victims actions or activities tpye of thinking. JMO Know any good palm readers?

I agree that it was a good idea to post the link, but the phrase "forensic astrology" strikes me as similar to terms like "jumbo shrimp" or "funny episode of My Mother the Car"...
