I live with my parents and 2 younger sisters in a small town in Alabama and wait tables at a restaurant that's in danger of closing...I think about leaving everyday. If I had enough money, I'd be gone in a heartbeat. I'm drowning here!

I can totally relate I have felt that way a few times in life and sometimes it does you good to maybe take a drive to the beach or just drive to a beautiful park and clear your head. I will keep you in my prayers and just try to stay positive. This too shall pass.

I know how you feel, Tara. Even though I am doing quite well right now, I have gone through many bad periods where I wanted to be just about anyone but myself. Please hang in there.

I know this feeling all too well. On one hand I got all my friends here and I am in school. On the other hand I dont fit in with my friends(but I dont fit in anywhere and I am used to that), I got no job, and I am only in community college. There is a line in the Merle Haggard song "Working Man Blues" in which he talks about throwing his bills out the window and taking off. Sometimes I wish I could do that.
