The Who have emerged as favorites to perform at next year's Super Bowl in a new online poll. Following Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band's slot at the big game on February 1st, speculation about next year's half-time headliners began.
Springsteen himself suggested Coldplay, but Rolling Stone magazine readers have selected The Who in a new survey. Coldplay didn't even make the publication's top 10, which was: 1. The Who 2. Pearl Jam 3. Guns N' Roses 4. Van Halen 5. Dave Matthews Band 6. Foo Fighters 7. Red Hot Chili Peppers 8. AC/DC 9. Neil Young 10. Led Zeppelin |

The Who? Whats with all of these old performers?
The best half-time show was the one with NSync, Britney, Nelly, Aerosmith, and some other people I forgot about. |

The Who
I also hope they play in Woodstock '09 as well. But I'll watch the halftime show on YouTube next year. |
