This is one of my all time favorite shows. It's refreshing to see a show where the main character isn't made out to be some superman who always wins every fight, or never gets in trouble.
I never got to see it in it's original run as I wasn't born when it started, but I used to watch it on TV Land all the time. I have the first 3 seasons on DVD and I won't stop till I get them all!

I remember the time I was standing in line at the post office. The guy behind me happened to have the Rockford theme as his ringtone - easily the least annoying ringtone I've ever heard.

I think James Garner was better in Maverick but I like Rockford too.
