I was interviewed today by someone from the Biography channel. He is doing something on comedians. Anyhow, he visited the Freddie Prinze Sr.com and was very impressed by the information. Does anyone have a copy of Freddie's first apperance? I am needing it to send to the man who interviewed me. I can NOT find mine. Call me, email me, send me smoke signals!

You could try ioffer.com. thats the site that i purchased chico and the man dvd, and E!true hollywood story and Million Dollar Rip Off. some people on that site are selling freds appearance on johny carson, so they might have someone selling freds first tv appearance.

I hightly doubt Joy, Right now, from my understanding. The biography is about comedians. and it might just have a small part on Freddie Prinze, I dunno. It is all up in the air right now. The guy will be updating me on on the program itself. If I hear any more about I will update it all here.

I emailed the guy today to see if he received the dvd. He received the dvd today and was watching it as he emailed me back. As a special credit he adding information about the website and those who were able to give him the information.

I have gotten an update from the producer of the Biography channel regarding the possible air date of the "fallen comedians" biography special. It will sometime in June. So be on the look out for the Biography channel. If I hear of any more information on the exact time and date I will let you know!

Thanks for the info. Mike & I had Dish Network & got Biography channel. My folks have Directv & they don't get it so I probably won't be able to see it...

You could try contacting Direct and first, see if they'll give you a free trail of the Biography channel, and if not, you might be able to buy it a la carte. Some only come in packages, but it's usually the cheaper ones too. You could sign up for it in May, and then once the Biography special airs, cancel it again at the end of June. I do that a lot with my satellite provider(s).

I'd love to do that but since I am living with my folks due to my hubby's recent passing, I know they'd never allow that. We had VH1 Classic & they didn't cuz it costs extra. When I told them that they said they weren't gonna pay extra for it. Even tho it's the only decent music video channel. And they don't have GAC either. Oh well they have some Christian channels we didn't & one of them plays re-runs of the Patty Duke show so I guess that's a trade-off...

I recieved an email from the producer from the Biography channel. Here are the airdates, that will be aired on the Biography Channel:

Tragic Side of Comedy - 6/24 at 9pm ET, 6/25 at 10pm ET

I do not know how long the specials will be a 1 hour show or two. Looking forward to see the Freddie segment!

We don't get the channel either! Brighthouse says we can call and suggest it and see what others think about as in what kind of turn out. So I am trying other options to see what I can do
