Thanks for the pics Laugh30.
It's always odd seeing the hands not made up. I guess it was easier to blend the prosthetics using blue/green rather than flesh coloured.

Skipping the makeup on the hands was a practice by the second season of the show, I think, judging from all the color publicity shots I've seen. The early behind the scenes color photos they have their hands and arms in makeup.
Having no makeup on their hands probably lessened the chance of smudging their clothing.
