Grace Stafford Lantz-Woody Woodpecker

She voiced Woody Woodpecker for 40 years, but she was turned-down by her own husband Walter Lantz because Woody was a guy! (The laugh originally came from Mel Blanc-BTW). Grace had to put it in anonymous so that she could do the voice of Woody. And she became the voice of Woody Woodpecker.

Incidentally, Corinne's dialogue was usually written by Peter Fernandez (Speed Racer himself, and Dr. Mariner on "MARINE BOY"), who just passed away a few days ago.
