Question First R-Rated movie you saw in the theater?

Mine was Interview With the Vampire, back in 1994. My best friend was 16, I was 15. She looked older, which got us both in. She was a big Brad Pitt fan, which explains why my second R-rated movie in the theater was Legends of the Fall a couple of months later.

Technically it was Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), I was 7. Uncle took me.

The first one I went on my own was Saving Private Ryan (1998) at 13.

Mine was years ago, back in the early 70's.. Buster And Billie starring Jan Michael Vincent. I think I was about 12.

A friend of mine snuck into Flashdance when it was first shown in the theaters back in '83.

That's cool. At seven years old I was too young to see Flashdance in the theater. However, when it was released in December '83 on video and my mom and dad rented it, they allowed me to watch it with them.

I can't remember the first one I saw in the theatre. But one of the first I ever saw was Die Hard. (if not the first)

I think it was "SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER" with John Travolta when it first came out, back in 1977-I say first came out because it was re-realeased in a watered-down version in 1979.

That would have been the Godfather (the first one). I remember going downtown with my parents to see it. I guess I would have been 12 or so. Great movie!!
