Take two stars and simply switch their names.....helps if they were known to work with one another, but it doesn't have to be.

Examples:

Robert Redford, Paul Newman = Robert Newman and Paul Redford

Lucille Ball, Vivian Vance = Lucille Vance and Vivian Ball
