Greetings, everyone!

My name is Donna and I’m helping BBC Video release the first season of Skins to DVD! I tried contacting the mod to start a Skins thread (hey TJ!) but didn't get a response so hope this is okay. As a big fan myself, I'm super excited to let you all know that Skins: Volume 1 features over eight hours of content in a three-disc set containing all nine episodes of the original British first season, as well as bonus video diaries and additional storylines! (The video diaries are hilarious!)

I think it's about time that we got this discussion on the road! Hmm...I think I would bring home Chris. He has that unique charm and did you see his body?

Congrats to the Skins cast on their GLAAD award nomination for Best Comedic Series!!! Skins is competing against Desperate Housewives, Reaper, Greek and Ugly Betty. I have a feeling Skins will totally take it home! We'll find out who the true winner is on April 18th.

Also, video diaries of Tony, Michelle, Chris and Maxxie are now up online now at the BBC America Shop!!! *yay* FYI- Chris and Maxxie's vid diary will give you a much needed chuckle! Lemme know which are your faves! Cheers!
