"Sandy Duncan is FINALLY back on TV!!!".
Another "Golden Girls" reference to this show. This time, the line was said by Rose and I think it was from Season 3, everyone was talking about everything going good again and Rose was most happy with Sandy back on TV, an obvious reference to her joing the cast of this show after Valerie Harper was unfairly dismissed.
