Out on DVD - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey

I have a question for you all, when are they going to be releasing the rest of the seasons? And if anyone lives in Hawaii, do you have any seasons on VHS that I can copy or buy?

Also are there anyother websites that have them up besides Veoh, Hulu, Joost and Youtube?

Just wondering.

From what I understand, due to the low sales of the first three seasons, Sony decided to discontinue the series on DVD. Originally, they were going to release more seasons and maybe put out a special box set with the three movies included, but they nixed that idea because they wanted to concentrate on putting out the entire "Seinfeld" series on DVD. Personally, I think it sucks that a great quality show like "FOL" basically gets the shaft while a worthless pile of DUNG like "SWINEfeld" basically gets treated like it's "the greatest show ever made"! There were for a while loads of episodes on YouTube for a while, but then suddenly they get taken down due to "copyright issues" (while they still have entire episodes of "SWINEfeld" up). Last year someone started putting up the episodes again, but then again they got taken off. Now, someone's been putting up episodes from seasons 4 and 5, but have decided to move over to Veoh, where he/she said they would be putting up fresh episodes every week...yet, it's been several weeks now and I'm still waiting for fresh episodes to be put up. Joost.com has a whole load of episodes up that are uncut up, but they said they were going to put more up soon...well, I'm still waiting for them to do so, while they keep putting up stupid mindless videos and episodes of "How I Met Your Mother" and "Friends"!! OYEYEYEYEYE!!!! So, I hope I answered your question there.

No one said anything about discontinuing the series on DVD. It has taken longer than we thought but that does'nt mean they arent going to release it.

Well, it's still on COD so it must be doing well onto season 5. I hope they pay attention to the ratings on TubeTime rather keeping their only focus on Seinfeld and Blu-Ray.

Hopefully, Facts will be included in the next wave of tv dvds they announce.
