best publishing company in Canada?
Does anyone know what the best publishing company in Canada is? I have a friend who is an aspiring poet and is looking into getting a book published. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Random House is a big one. I used to deal with them about 20 years ago (we purchased journals for our stores).
Try giving them a google. Or just google "Canadian publishers". That should help.

Does your friend have an agent, because I've read that most publishing houses will not accept unsolicited manuscripts.
