(The Philadelphia Eagles win the NFC Divisional Playoffs by beating the NY Giants 23-11.)

(Ralph & Ed return home from Giants Stadium. The girls greet them.)

Trixie: "Ralph. Ed. We saw the game . It was pathetic."

Ralph: "I'll say it is. The Giants LOST to the lowly Eagles. What a travesty. What a dissappointment."

Ed: "I'll say."

(Ed blows his nose becase he is starting to cry.)

Ralph: "Those Giants made one mistake after another and the Eagles capitalized."

Ed: "I hope Bill Cosby is happy. I heard he is a fan of the Eagles."

Ralph: "This is one afternoon that I would hope the Cos would be dissappointed."

McGarrity (from upstairs, yells): "HEY KRAMDEN! LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER NEW YORK SPORTS TEAM CHOKED."

(Ralph rolls his eyes.)

Ralph: "The good thing is that the Giants won last year at least. Now, I know I won't get spolied every year."

Alice: "No, you won't."

Ed: "Just think about the great year the Giants had. An incredible start, beating teams left and right. that makes you forget about that Puress guy or whoever his name is and the fact that the Giants lost big time to the Eagles and they won't get anothe rchance at the Super Bowl until at least 2010."

Ralph (yells): "GEEET OUT!"

(The Nortons leave. Ralph sticks his head out the window.)

Ralph (yells): "MCGARRITY, GET READY TO EAT CROW NEXT YEAR BECAUSE THE GIANTS AND/OR THE JETS WILL RULE THE ROAST."

(Ralph sings a song about the NY Giants.)

(Jackie Gelason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. As usual, the Miami Beach audiences are the greatest audiences in the world. Good night."

(Audience cheers.)

Another great script.

I can picture them in the Kramden's apartment saying those lines! I hope you'll permit me to add a little.

Ralph: This just burns me up, Alice. You know what I was gonna do next Sunday to celebrate the Giants gettin to the championship? I was gonna go down to Patsy's pizza, get a large pie with double everything and eat the whole thing myself while watching the game over at Norton's. Now what am I gonna do? I don't like Philly cheesesteak.

Alice: Here's an idea, Ralph. Next Sunday why don't you try eating like a human being?

Ralph: Bang, zoom!

Ralph (As Alice walks into the bedroom): I'll get you a pizza next Sunday, Alice. I'll get it for ya and you can eat it on the moon.
