Default What shows did a parody of other shows?

"GET SMART" did parodys of both "THE FUGITIVE" & "I SPY" once ( the "I SPY" one also had a cameo by Robert Culp-one of the stars of it)

"SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE" once did a sketch where Rick Nelson (who was the host that week) kept walking into the houses of some sitcom families in the 50s. The Cleavers of "LEAVE IT TO BEAVER", the Andersons of "FATHER KNOWS BEST" and the Williamses of "MAKE ROOM FOR DADDY".

"S.C.T.V." once did a HILARIOUS parody of "LEAVE IT TO BEAVER". Another time they did one of "THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW".

All the sketch comedy shows do parodies of other shows sometimes.

The Simpsons has parodied so many TV shows and movies. Same with Scrubs.

That was HILARIOUS! I remember watching it back when it aired, live (1979, right?) and we were all ROTFL! Ricky Nelson played it so straight faced too, which made it even funnier.

Gilda Radner as Lucy Ricardo: "You're not Ricky!! Waaaaah!"

if you're talking about that HILARIOUS "S.C.T.V." sketch; yes it was.

When Beaver shot Eddie Haskel Wally said: "Boy Beaver, Dad's gonna be mad when he sees this".

And when Ward called the police he said "Maybe 20 years in the slammer will teach Beaver a lesson".
