Default Jeffery Tambor question

Does anybody know the titles of the TC episodes he starred in?

Thanks!

Cheers!

Sincerely, Steve B.

They are...

Triangle Trouble (1979) as Jeffrey Brookes
Father of the Bride (1981) as Winston Cromwell III
Two Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1981) as Dr. Tom Miller
Jack Goes to the Dentist (1982) as Dr. Phillip Greene

Jeffrey Tambor is probably my favorite TC guest star. He also had a cameo in 1999's Muppets In Space, and was very funny there, too.

That's the one where Janet offered him the bowl of nuts, isn't it? Yeah, that was pretty funny.

Thanks, Ashlee. I saw a blooper from that episode on one of Dick Clark's blooper shows. John Ritter and Joyce DeWitt were totally losing it.

According to the "IMDB", Jeffery Tambor was in "Triangle Troubles", which involved the Ropers moving into their new house, and meeting Jeffery Brookes, and his family, for the first time. However, according to my TC DVD, "Triangle Troubles" is about Jack liking a girl who lives with two men. Jeffery Tambor is not in that particular episode.

I am not sure why the IMDB has wrong information.

Can anybody help?

Thanks!

Cheers!

Sincerely, Steve B.

Triangle Troubles is about Jack going out with a girl that lives with 2 guys. The episode where the Ropers move into their new house is called "Moving On", which is actually the first episode of The Ropers, but it is shown in Three's Company syndication (though not on the dvd). Jeffrey Tambor is not in Triangle Troubles, but he is in Moving On, as well as all (or almost all) the rest of The Ropers episodes, as he is their neighbor.

Jack also told him he had a screw loose.

I also get a lot of enjoyment out of this picture! I would like to share with the reader the main reason why I like it so much. Ever since I was twelve years old, I have looked at a lady's purse as one of the many things that makes her attire different from a man's and attractive to him. In my opinion, Terri had an excellent collection of purses! She always looked lovely carrying them! The purse that she has in the picture is one that she used shortly after her character was introduced. It was her main purse for about half of the 1981-82 season. Although I like a lot of the purses that she carries later on, that one is my favorite! Very often when she would go to parties or out on dates, she would take a clutch bag. I thought that those were very nice too!

Yeah, and Joyce can barely keep a straight face. This episode is definitely in my top 3. Tambor is just fantastic in it.
