Wally selling ice cream bars - bicycle - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

In the episode where Wally sells Ice cream bars, he is on some kind of a modified bicycle with a cooler in the front for the ice cream. I have never seen a contraption like that, outside of this show.

Anyone ever seen something like that ?

Yes -- I saw one in my neighborhood, in the late 1980s if not even more recently. From what I remember, it was very similar. The cooler box was right up front.
