That he was a Punt returner for the Chicago Bears from 1981-1983 and during a return in the 83 seadon his leg was broken by Bill Cowher who was than a member of the Eagles-lol

Found this out in the NY Post

Yeah they were joking about it 2 days ago when Cowher was on CBS, interviewing Jeff and I was all confused. I never knew, or at least forgot that Bill Cowher used to be an Eagle.

yeah he was a eagle during the 83 and 84 season

I knew both Cowher and Fisher were former players but I didn't know about Fisher's broken leg.
