Brian is one of my favorite TV characters. (No one compares to my Homer though
) Whether he's trying to get a date, coming up with some crazy plan, making things hard for Joe, or just plain making wisecracks, he is one funny guy. It's a shame Steven never got so much as an Emmy nomination. Brian was brilliant. Wild, but with a heart of gold. Let's appreciate him here. Love this quote and this episode. Murder She Roast is definately one of those episodes that you can watch over and over again and it never gets old. I love it how Fay tells them where to sit and Brian asks Joe to switch places with him and Joe comments "Oh she'll never find you all the way over there". Then after constantly switching his dinner salad with Joe and Helen, Joe says, "I lost track of the poison, See you in hell" LOL. Plus how can you forget the CarBque, HaHaaaaaaa. Funny Stuff. You're right, the Wings Gang was robbed of emmys. Tim, Steven, and Crystal all deserved ones for lead acting and Tony, David, and Thomas all deserved one for supporting roles. |

That is one of my favorite episodes
That's why I don't pay too much attention to awards shows anymore. They're all big popularity contests. I do like watching the CMA's and ACM's, but I like most of the current country stuff so it doesn't really matter to me who wins or not. I am sick of seeing Brooks and Dunn win Duo of the Year every year, but that's me Another great Brian line, and I know I don't have it exactly: "S'mores are a stupid name. It's like, they're so good you want s'more. I think they should call them s'stupids!" And other one: "Merry Christmas, Brian. Merry Christmas, Brian. It's one day. God was born, get over it!"

I love that quote too and poor Helen in the midst of Brian and Joe arguing about smores, Helen dozes off and they wake her up and she's like "if you didn't want me to go to sleep, why'd you give me these tiny pillows." LOL, I love the Goodbye Old Friend Episode, too |
