Yes, and her name was Florence Stanley. She was also the voice of Grandma Ethyl on Dinosaurs.

I could not think of her real name and I did not know she was Gradma from The Dinosaurs

I do know that both Barney Miller Season 3 and My Two Dads Season 1 are coming to DVD in March. Plus, I think the whole Dinosaurs series is on DVD, so you get to enjoy more of Florence's work.
