Lack of Interest - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

All over this board, I have been posting messages hoping to find people who would be willing to share in my enthusism of the DVD release of the "Mamma Mia!" movie! I would think that, given the number of people who frequent this board, there would be at least a few ABBA fans out there! However, there has been surprisingly few responses to any of these threads. With each of these shows, I have found ways to tie in the reality of this movie with the series that the page is about. In some cases, it is that people who had appeared on that show at one point were in the movie. My last attempt was on the "Fact of Life" page and it is called "Various Associations". I just came from that page and it had twenty-five views and zero responses. In this show, I managed to find three relationships between the sereis and the movie! However, with this show, I can only think of one. This one has to do with the marginal character played by Felicity Hoffman. One episode that I remember her in was the one where she insisted that everyone go to a seminar regarding sexual abuse. Ironically, I thought that she looked very sexy in this episode! The thing about her attire that I liked the most was her black patient leather boots! Wow! Well, in the movie, the character of Tanya played by Christine Baranski also wore a pair of dress boots that I thought were to die for! This is the one and only piece of linkage that I can think of between the movie and this show.

If you read the post carefully, you would have seen that I mentioned the episode of "Frasier" in which he was accused of sexual abuse. In this episode, the character played by Felicity Hoffman wore a pair of boots that I think she looked hot it! After this, I made the association between her and another babe who looked sexy in boots. This was Tanya from the movie who was played by Christine Baranski. It is all a question of linkage! If you would like to read another thread in which I associated things that went on in the show with the realities of the movie, you can go to the page of "Will and Grace". I posted there shortly after I started the thread that you responded to!

The is the second of two posts that I am bringing to the top of this page this evening. Both of these threads are about the guest appearances of Felicity Hoffman. In my opinion, she is really hot stuff! What do other fans think of her in general or her part in this sereis in particular? I think she did a great job! Also, if anyone out there is a fan of "Desperate Housewives" what do you think of her part on that sereis?

The "Mamma Mia!" movie, in fact, has very little to do with why I started this thread. I simply used Christine Baranski as an example as someone who, like Felicity Hoffman, looks sexy in boots! However, the main thing that I want to discuss here is Felicity Hoffman herself and how good she looked during her few appearances on "Frasier". Also, because I never really got into "Desperate Housewives", I cannot talk intelegently about her present role in that sereis. However, if anyone reading this post is a fan of that show, I would love to here from you!
