Does your job give them? Are you expecting one this year?

Went got my paycheck today and was given a $50 gift certificate--to the store (so in other words I'm getting $50 in free groceries).

At least that is better than last year when I was working for Blockhead Video and got ZIP.....yea, this company did not do a thing for us last holiday season.

One year I got a bonus--but it was taxed......so my $75 bonus ended up being just $29, after deductions........gawd, that was just so aggravating!

i'm just a volunteer, but i got a $20 gift card to walmart.

my mom volunteers with a local charity and they sent her a nice letter with a $10 bill enclosed--she was tickled!

A public elementary school. And I'm not a teacher. I'm lucky I even get paid at all.

We're getting a ham for our bonus. And we get the next two weeks off without pay but we will get paid for Christmas day & New Years Day.

My Christmas bonus is that when we come back from our two weeks vacation on Jan 4th that I will still have a job.

Yeah, me too. But in this horrible economy, I'm grateful to have one! So many people are being let go in NYC esp the financial sector

Your lucky to get any bonus let alone get paid on Xmas in this economy. So for me that would be no, and no.
