I seem to get this more often on chit-chat than anywhere else.

I've gotten it twice this morning and it always pops up with the LG banner.

That's what I keep getting too Monika. I can't even navagate the site. I only got to this page by pressing the last message posted on the main page.

I saw this about a week ago, but I haven't seen it since. They usually get removed quickly.

The database errors were completely unrelated.
