My job calls me a 1/2 hour after leaving work to tell me yet again they're taking away my extra overtime Sunday. Then they call me back at 3pm and ask me to do 5 extra overtime hours for this Friday WTH???

Do you have oncall? That's when they call you or you call them to find out if you are working.

But as annoying as it is, I'd take it if they are giving you hours.
