Charlie Almost Proposes To Rose!
Rose is back.
 Charlie almost proposed to her, but his cellphone raing. It was his doctor. As usual Charlie somehow (we don't see it though) worms his way out of the proposal. I wonder if Rose will be in more episodes, hopefully. I like the Rose character.
