"Good News- Or Bad News?" Part One

Scene- Apartment

Janet, Terri, Blizzard, and Larry are sitting on the couch. Jack and Cindy enter. Cindy goes in first, then Jack, but Cindy hits him with the door.

Cindy: Sorry, Jack!

Jack: Oh, I'll get used to it- again!

Terri: You seem really happy, you two!

Janet: Yeah, Jack, what's going on?

Jack: Jack's Bistro is open- again!

Cindy: Except now it's "Beautie and the Bistro"!

Larry: Who's the beautie?

Cindy: Me! I'm part-owner. Mr. Angelino sold it to me. We're full owners!

Terri: That's great!

Cindy: It's in perfect condition, too!

Larry: I remember when it first opened in 1982! We were all there. Except Cindy and Blizzard.

Janet turns on television

Rob: Hello, I'm Rob Gloodboom, covering riots takeing place in Santa Monica in the vecinitie of the former "Jack's Bistro" building. Just to tell you how big these riots are, Jack's Bistro has been covered in grafeitti and all the windows are broken.

Jack turns off television

Janet: Don't worry, Jack and Cindy, we'll help you.

Screen Freezes
