I seriously think NO can beat Boston tonight, and has a shot at a championship this year. Call me stupid but I knew they were good and I love Chris Paul (as a player), I just never watched them enough, being on the East Coast and watching the Sixers, so the thought of them winning one never stuck. Anyways, they have all the pieces in hand as well. It definitely would be tough getting their no doubt, with MonarC's all around tough, veteran Spurs, especially since they're healthy now, and the Lakers who are probably in the top 3 teams in the NBA so far this year with the Cavs & Celts, but I think they can do it if they try and if they stay healthy. Chris Paul so far in 18 games this season is averaging 20.5 points per game and is leading all of the NBA, point guards included, with 11.8 steals per game this year. In addition, he has 102 straight games with AT LEAST one steal, pretty amazing. The ESPN color commentators compared him to a Magic Johnson type player; I could say so myself. They have Paul, a 5.5 rebounds, 11.8 assists and 20.5 points per game, all around great player, a 3 point shooter in Stojakovic, David West as a prominent rebounder and scorer and they have a mix of veteran and young, up and coming players. Long read but what does everybody think? I know Ramona likes the Lakers, I'm for the Sixers but I kinda route for NO to win, as a West Team and if the Sixers don't make it to the playoffs, the way they started out. The Hornets are 12-6 so far this season. They are leading the Celts 13-10 in the first quarter.

Speaking of the 76ers,
would you say that Elton Brand has lived up to his big-money contract and hype, or has he disappointated so far? |
