Paris Hilton has claimed that she is "living proof" that blondes are not stupid.

The 27-year-old insisted that her real persona is completely different to how she is portrayed in the press.

The Sun quotes her as saying: "I'm very intelligent. I'm capable of doing everything put to me.

"I've two records, I've launched a perfume and I want my own hotel chain. I'm the living proof that blondes are not stupid."

Hilton recently completed her second album but is reportedly eager for producer Mark Ronson to come on board and rework the tracks.

I'm sure she blended that perfume herself after hand gathering the ingredients from meadows!

I've actually come around to the view that a lot of her stupidity is likely an act that she puts on. I don't think she can really be as stupid as she sometimes gives the impression of being.
