Total Drama Island on DVD? How would it go down?

First of all, do you think Total Drama Island will get a DVD release?

If so, how will they do it with the legal issues. It is a Canadian cartoon by Teletoon, but Cartoon Network aka Time Warner owns the U.S. rights. For those that I have seen the show in both the canadain and american version know there is a big difference.

I hope Teletoon release their version, and I would buy an import copy.

TDI is a mega hit show and money to be made, maybe Teletoon and Time Warner will strike some type of financial deal for releases in the U.S. But if Teletoon releases it in Canada, and american fans buy import copies, and Time Warner doesn't get any of the money, that is not my problem.
