I have never seen a NBA player like this before in my life. This man is on another level and just is a BEAST. He is a joy to watch and he has done things that has had me FROZEN for 2 mins. He is so big and strong, 6'8 and 274 and I can see him getting multiple titles before it'a all over with.

Better than Jordan? How many players have been called that or the next Jordan? Lebron is a great player I'll give him that but he has a long way to go to be better than Jordan.

Lebron James is electric to watch but why say he is better than Jordan. Why not let the man shine in his own light. He is Lebron James. Let's it be.

Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player EVER, not Lebron.
Lebron is a great, young, up and coming star in the league but he's no Jordan. MonarC is right lol. |

Because Jordan played 3 years of college ball and Lebron went directly to the NBA from High School (which Jordan could not have done), James is more advanced and more accomplished than Jordan was at the age of 24 (Lebron turns 24 at the end of this month).
Jordan didn't lead his team to a final (and a title) until he was 28. He was also 1-9 in the playoffs, career-wise, without Scottie Pippen. Jordan is not the best ever, but James has to accomplish a lot more to be put at that level. He's definitely a beast though. |

And Scottie Pimpin couldn't win without Jordan, just like Kobe can't win without Shaq.

Pippen did, however, make it to a Conference Final without MJ, whereas Jordan never got out of the first round without Scottie. Jordan played 5 seasons without Scottie Pippen, and ALL FIVE teams had losing records. Pippen never played on a losing team during any of his 16 full NBA seasons. Jordan never even made the all-defensive team until Pippen and Horace Grant came to Chicago and started playing defense. No one was calling the Bulls a good defensive team when it was just Michael there. Pippen made the all-defensive team with Chicago, Portland and Houston. He was a lock down defender regardless of where he played. And, on a side note, Horace Grant played 17 years in the NBA, and BJ Armstrong played 11 years. In their 28 combined seasons, they made the all star team exactly once each... both in 1994, the year Jordan was retired. Pippen made all stars out of those guys, which means he truly made the players around him better. |

Solomon you have fallen off your damn rocker. Lebron will never be better than Jordan. Jordan is the greatest NBA player of all time and nobody has been more exciting than Jordan. Jordan led the league in scoring lots of times and he's dunked on a lot of people LOL. He won 6 championships. Lebron will never win a championship, at least not with Cleveland LOL. If he goes to another good team, he might win one. Lebron's teammates aren't that good except Maurice Williams and Zydrunas Ilgauskas. I can't stand Anderson Varaejo with his flopping ass. He always falls on the floor everytime a player runs into him.

I do think LeBron may be the best NBA player at this moment in this season. (You'll get some arguments for Kobe)
But better than Jordan? That's a bit outrageous. |

Hell no. I remember somebody tried to tell ME that Kobe was better then Mike and I just about died laughing. So there ya go, you can't even tell a Lakers fan- Mike's talent is unbeatable.
