Janet: Ooooo this is a cute outfit! What do you think Richie?

Richie: Ewwwwwwww I'm not wearing that!!!

Janet: Hey Richie, do you wanna go to the toy department?

Richie: Look Auntie Janet!! So many toys!!!

Janet: I know Richie! Stay by me hun so u don't get lost.

Richie: Ok.

Janet: Thats a good boy. Hey! Look at that sign! [points] Buy one get one free! I could get one rattle for Jennifer and then get another for no money at all!

Richie: So, it means that u buy one thing then get another thing without paying?

Janet: Yes. Thats right!!!

Jennifer: [sees a small teddy bear that catches her attention] Ooooo oooo[points to it]Oooooo

Janet: No honey, you can't get that.

Jennifer: WAH!!!!

JaneT: Well when you were born, you got tons of those! Sorry honey.

Jennifer: WAHHHHHH!!!

Janet: I'm sorry. We have to go now. Come on Richie. [Janet walks ahead]

Richie: Hmmm...buy one get one free...since Auntie Janet got a rattle, which is one thing, i could get the teddy bear, which is another thing, and give it to Jennifer!!! [takes the teddy bear, puts it behind his back] What a great plan!!

Janet: Richie!!!!

Richie: Coming!!!

Scene-Apartment

Jack: Hey guys where have you been?

Janet: We went out shopping. I'll go put the stuff away. Here Jack, you hold Jennifer.
[exits]

Richie: Jennifer, Uncle Jack! Look what I've got!

Jack: What is it Richie?

Richie: [takes out teddy bear] Look!!!

Jack: Wow! Thats really nice...but...how..did you get it?

Richie: Its this new thing Uncle Jack called Buy One Get One Free!

Jack: Ok....

Richie: So Auntie Janet bought one rattle, and I got one teddy bear for free!!! [ooooo's from the audience are heard]

Jack: Oh lordy lordy lordy....

Commercial Break

Terri: So Jack, let me get this straight, Richie stole a teddy bear?

Jack: Yes!!! He misunderstood what buy one get one free meant and he took it to give to Jennifer!

Larry: Thats awful! My own son! A crook!

Blizzard: Why would he do that?

Janet: I think its just wonderful!!!!

[All look at Janet like she was crazy]

All: WHAT?!?!?!?

Janet: Richie took the teddy bear for Jennifer out of love!

Jack: Well...

Larry: Yeah. That is nice....

Terri: Well no one told Richie that he couldn't do that, so I don't blame him.

Richie: [enters] Hi everyone!!

All: Hi......

Richie: Mommy mommy did you see the teddy bear i got for Jennifer?

Terri: Yes....you have to return it...

Richie: WHY???

Janet: We'll explain on the way. But you'll need to return it.

Richie: Ok i will.
