Has anyone had any dealings with this person? This was a purchase outside of this forum, but I thought I'd ask here anyway. Here is their website:

Back on November 3 I sent them $5 via Paypal for one disc's shipping costs. On November 10 I received a disc, and while it was labeled as what I requested, it was not the correct footage. I contacted them via email that day asking if I could send back what they sent and get the correct product. I heard back from them the same day apologizing and asking if I wanted anything else to replace it (turned out they didn't actually have what I wanted). I wrote back asking for two other items on their site, but haven't heard back from them at all since. I sent them follow-up emails on Nov 16 and Nov 21.

Finally, I opened a Paypal dispute on Nov 24. Never got any communication at all from the guy. Escalated to a claim today, but it was not decided in my favor because Paypal can't guarantee the quality of goods, just whether it was sent or not (so apparently this guy could've sent me a toaster instead of a DVD and it would've been fine with Paypal as well).

I don't expect anything to be resolved here on this forum, but was just wondering if there have been any other dealings with members here. It would also be nice if his info could be posted in the Bad Traders list if in fact others have had similar experiences.
