In season 1 of Sandford and Son, if you look where the phone and liquor is set up: why is there a window view of outside with curtains hung on the wall, the kitchen is connected to that wall meaning there is a view of the outside inside the kitchen

. Now if you look in season two of sandford and son where the liquor and telephone is, there is a shelf with items hung on the wall, meaning in season 1 you could look outside from the leaving room where the liquor and telephone is - to season 2 you can't look outside from the living room to the kitchen because there is a wall with a shelf on it

I've always wondered that myself for the longest. I guess in season 1, they didn't really have a full idea of how to arrange the set. I guess that explains why the kitchen table was in the living room and the sofa was against the wall in season 1. By season 2, everything was coming together.

Yes, I was cracking up- I said dam, you could see the outside from the living room wall that is on the same wall as the kitchen, but could not see the kitchen. lol
