Brandy Eyes Return To Television, Talks Weekly Series

R&B singer and former 'Moesha' star Brandy is looking forward to more than her album "Human". The "Long Distance" singer is ready to return to acting.

"I really want to get back to that," Brandy says referring to a return to prime-time television following several on-camera jaunts, including the hit UPN show 'Moesha'.

Ready to get back in front of the camera on a weekly basis Brandy looks forward to "creating a character who people would love to see every week."

Recalling other roles in films like "Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella" and "Double Platinum," films she shared with Whitney Houston and Diana Ross, Brandy says "That's another part of me that has to be fulfilled."

For now the former 'Cinderella' star is happy with her new album "Human," due in stores Tuesday, and her own critic -- her 6-year-old daughter.

"Playing my songs back for her and hearing her respond -- that's what lets me know I'm on the right track and motivates me to continue what I'm doing."

Brandy's highly anticipated return "Human" is slated to hit stores and online retailers Tuesday, Dec. 9.
