Did Heather Thomas Ever Have a More Active Role on This Show? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I recently bought the first Season of this show and I've watched the first 9 or 10 episodes so far and I noticed that Heather Thomas is hardly ever shown. I can only recall 1 or 2 episodes in which she appeared in for more than a few minutes. Does she ever have a more active role on this show or was she basically just eye candy? I know Markie Post joins the cast in the 2nd Season, so I was also wondering if Heather's role was even smaller once Markie joined?

I think she was mainly there as eye candy. Whatever happened to Heather Thomas post-Fall Guy, anyway??

I looked at her page over at wiki the other night and it looks like she quit acting in 1998.

She really hadn't done much acting after The Fall Guy. She had a cocaine addiction in the 80's which she eventually overcame and she got married in '92 and had a child in 2000. I was surprised to find out that she released her first book earlier this year. I'm not sure if it's a biography though.
