Default NFL To Show First-Ever 3D Game

Link

The National Football League, along with two partners, has announced that it will show a game in 3D for the first time ever earlier next month. The broadcast, which will be held in movie theaters in three cities Dec. 4, will be used as a test to see if the technology could be used more widely in the future.

The League is conducting the project along with partners 3ality Digital and RealD, and the cities receiving the screening will be Boston, New York, and Hollywood. The game, between the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders, doubles as that week’s NFL Network Thursday night telecast.

In March, the National Basketball Association conducted a similar event, in Dallas in which a game between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers was shown in “3D HD” at a Magnolia Theater in the Dallas area. That screening was conducted with the help of Fox Sports Net Southwest and the 3D production firm PACE.

Crying like a baby?

That's what Brian will be doing when his Giants lose in the playoffs.

I'll apologize in advance if what I'm about to say is against any rules here.

Solomon, You started 2 threads to taunt Wreckless and both were locked. You've now started a 3rd one which will most likely be locked as well and now you've invaded my thread with the same crap. This thread was intended to be a discussion on the thoughts of a 3D football game not to continuously taunt Wreckless. I personally don't care to have my thread locked but that's probably what will happen if this continues.
