Monika, I am the same way. I love the skin, too. I also, one of the few people, that actualy perfers the dark meat over the white meat, which to me, is too dry!

That's the same way I am. If I have white meat then I have to have gravy on it.

Not, in our family. My father takes the extra turkey meat and makes a delicious, turkey and noodle soup with egg noodles, celery and carrots.
